APPOINTMENTS
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Financial Options
Your treatment plan will include a complete breakdown of all applicable fees and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Our fees are based on the quality of materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. Major Credit Cards are accepted.
Payment plans
We are able to work with our patients who require extensive treatment in developing a payment plan that is right for them. Our office is pleased to offer financing through Care Credit. (LINK TO CARE CREDIT).
Payment in full courtesy
As an added benefit for our patients, we are happy to offer a 5% courtesy for patients that do not have dental insurance and would like to pay in full by check or cash.
Insurance
We work with most dental insurance companies and will process all of your dental claims for you. We will be happy to help you maximize your dental benefits. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. We ask that you pay your estimated portion at each visit.
